Cobble Hill Community Stage
Community timber frame bandshell, Cobble Hill
Years in the making, the Cobble Hill Community Stage started as one person's idea and became a community effort. Its curved roof and heavy timber trusses now give the village a gathering place for music, celebrations and events.
Green Isle Homes & Timberworks poured the concrete performance surface, steps and ramps, then cut, raised and stained the timber frame, working alongside designer Chris Koehn. Next to the stage, we built the timber frame welcome sign, from concrete footings to raising.
