Motel to care home conversion, Saanich Peninsula

For Connect Communities and Island Health, we were construction managers on the conversion of a 52 unit motel into a 27 unit care home. It's the first facility on Vancouver Island for people living with traumatic brain injuries in more than twenty years. A complex project that gave an aging building a new purpose, and its residents a place to call home.
