Yellow cedar timber stages and seat walls, McGregor Park, Nanaimo

At McGregor Park on the Nanaimo waterfront, the City of Nanaimo and the Central Vancouver Island Japanese Canadian Society are creating a place to reflect on and learn about the history of Japanese Canadians in Nanaimo. Working with Ogawa Landscape Design, we're building the yellow cedar timber stages and seat walls, the foundation for the heritage wall, and the concrete pathways that tie the site together.
