Office to supportive housing conversion, Victoria

For the Aboriginal Coalition to End Homelessness and BC Housing, we were construction managers on the conversion of a four storey downtown office building into 15 units of supportive housing. It was a technically demanding build on a tight urban site, for a project that truly matters: safe, stable homes for the people who need them most.
