Whiskey Point House
Timber frame natural build, Mill Bay
A Douglas fir timber frame home wrapped in natural, breathable materials: cellulose insulation, wood fibreboard, clay plaster and cedar. Built before the BC Energy Step Code existed, it still tested at 2.13 air changes per hour, tighter than the code’s Step 3 airtightness target. Healthy to live in, built to perform, and proof that you don’t have to choose between the two.
